Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Australia

• Standard shipping — $6.95 AUD (orders under $50)
• Free shipping on all orders of $50 AUD or more
• Typical delivery: 5–9 business days, fully tracked

International

• Standard international — $20 AUD flat rate
• Typical delivery: 7–14 business days, tracked
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at zac@makeitscale.com.au and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
