If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at zac@makeitscale.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on beauty tools that have been used. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the buyer's cost, and the refund covers the item price (original shipping is not refunded).
Email zac@makeitscale.com.au with your order number and reason. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Refunds can take a few days to appear depending on your bank. If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us and we'll follow it up.
